Santhoshi Bandla is the Senior Manager of Oncology Content Informatics in the Clinical Sequencing Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Santhoshi leads a team that focuses on curating actionable oncology content to support the development of Oncomine NGS Assays, variant annotation and interpretation solutions. Santhoshi earned an BSc in Biochemistry from University of Madras, MS in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University, and a PhD in Biology from SUNY- University at Albany. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Santhoshi completed a postdoctoral fellowship at University of Rochester Medical Center studying the genomics of Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma.
