Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan earned his PhD from University of Copenhagen, Denmark, in the field of Bioinformatics, followed by postdoctoral work at Institute for Research in Biomedicine, Barcelona, Spain in the field of cancer genomics. He moved back to India in 2018 and developed his research group at the National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Bangalore, with the broad interest in the application of computational and functional genomics approaches to understand the genetic and molecular basis of cancers, especially in Indian population.
